Cadillac Pilates

The Pilates Cadillac is an equipment that represents a bed with a suspension attached to a frame. Taking a classic mat, springs are installed to the frame for support and challenge. The trapeze table was invented in the mid 50’s and early 60’s. The creator of Pilates workout, Joseph Pilates, was behind this creation as well. The name of this equipment was coined by one of the clients of Joseph Pliates himself. The client accidentally asked Joseph, and we quote, “ Hey Joe, is that your new Cadillac?”, and that’s how the name prevails.

Cadillac exercises help you develop lean muscles, increase your flexibility, ease up your blood flow, and strengthen your spine. Cadillac Pilates can be done by people of any age group easily. People can practice Cadillac Pilates considering it to be a medical workout procedure as well.
